Our ‘young’ hotel Group is now 20 years old! It was developed by the members of Bernard Cayman’s family. We are currently experiencing our second major phase of expansion in Belgium and elsewhere (France and Spain). The Directors have ceaselessly continued their investment and entrepreneurial activities.

The 4 cardinal values of the Group’s DNA are: Living as a family, Sharing Well-being, Cultivating efficiency and being Ready for adventure! It is on this solid and dynamic base, amongst others, that the Group’s vision of developing housing in Triple A zones has been forged.

Vision

Within 3 years, doubling the number of hotels and tripling the number of rooms built in collaboration with the three largest hotel franchisers (Accor, IHG and Marriott) will not happen without strong, ambitious, involved and competent teams. So much upstream preparation of each multi-brand opening is meticulously carried out, so much quality management is applied to the existing hotel complex. The volume to be developed, and the limited time allocated to achieve this, are the two major challenges set down by the Group.

Supported by the Director-General and the members of his family, the global operational management working on operations are preparing to successfully embark on many great new ventures! Each hotel is unique due to its location, its brand, its style, and its clientele. Such diversity ensures that our motivation is constantly being boosted and renewed.
